One of my 2025 projects is to make a comic that will be released as a zine. It's a cute idea that I look forward to sharing as it comes together. But when I sat down to begin drawing, my special brand of fucking around took over. I went back to my archive of drawings from over the years and searched for any that featured frames, drawn in my signature black line — a little wobbly and imperfect — which turned my little drawings into little sequences. Snippets of story; implied action before I properly learned animation. Before I was trying to make any comics at all.
